And yes, the insanely complex power top is fully operational and is in great condition overall. Thunderbird-logo floor mats look right and the back seat has a nice two-seater look with the tonneau cover installed. Other features include power windows, a tilt-away steering column, power convertible top, cold factory A/C, and the original AM radio (which, sadly, doesn't work). The gauges are bright and crisp in their individual round pods and the liberal helpings of chrome used throughout makes it look upscale and sophisticated. The wraparound cockpit is beautifully designed, and important details like the anodized aluminum trim that sweeps down onto the center console is in excellent shape as well. The two-tone blue interior is in great order, too, wearing correct seat covers that are in nice shape with no splits or tears and they're still quite comfortable for long highway cruises. And should the weather ever turn, a blue cloth convertible top is in great shape and the power actuators work perfectly. Chrome is plentiful, bountiful and in very good shape (there's nothing cooler than the chrome trim on the top crease of these cars), and the highly-desirable fiberglass tonneau cover immediately transforms this Bullet Bird into a roadster. You will note that this one is wearing its fender skirts, which take the already upscale feel a notch higher, and the Kelsey-Hayes style chrome wire wheels are a great choice on this big bird as well. However, that shouldn't get you down, because none of them are really visible unless you get super close, and you'll be having too much fun from behind the wheel to really sweat them anyway. It's a very clean paint job that's been enjoyed properly, so it shines up nicely with only very minor signs of use. With handsome Corinthian White paint, this one will also stand out in a sea of red and black 'Birds in a good way, because this is a color that's very much back in fashion today. The 1963s stand out for their highly sculpted sides, including the ornaments on the doors, which give them a bit more interest than the smooth-sided 61-62 models. People will wave, honk their horns, and come up just to talk to you about it. Quite honestly, you'll feel like a movie star whenever you drive this car. However, that shouldn't get you down, because none of them are really visible unless you get super. At this price, be sure to read this description and call us quickly, because this Bullet Bird is sure to fly out of our inventory in no time.
